At a slow pace but at least it is changing "WE ARE CHANGING"
WE are so obstinate that it is so hard for us to change our behavior
and attitude, WE are literate but WE act illiterate. WE always realize it when the
things have worsened to extreme condition..........though WE always read"
prevention is better than cure". Few years before i could see -people
talking about environmental protection, policy etc...But not implementing it
when the time comes to act upon it. NOW, Time has changed people; they are aware,
awakened, and knowledgeable. I could realize it when i was walking through teku
bridge, i had never seen the river clean though it ain't that clean and clear
still. Everyone who has passed from that way to T.U(Tribhuwan University) can
feel the differences. That place was a favourite stamping ground for
Eagles/vulture. Even Baghmati clean up programs has improved the surrounding
and bagmati itself. While our visit to guheswori waste water treatment plant we
could perceive those good words from Mr. Gajendra Thakur that they have a plan
for baishak 1, they will be bathing in bagmati river (minbhawan) as an example
to realize people a little effort can make a change and make them realize it's
importance.....may be in a slow pace but yes at least WE ARE
CHANGING.............
